Returns

Please inspect the items in your order once you have received them. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make any neccessary changes.

Refunds

We have a “No Refund” policy. If items are returned, we will inspect them and issue a store credit for items in acceptable condition. We will notify you upon receiving and inspection whether your store credit is approved or not. If approved, your store credit will be made available in the form of a Bossy, Classy, Sassy gift card, delivered via email.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or items purchased via gift card.
